Our company has moved to a paperless model, meaning our customers can elect to have their invoices and agreements sent via email. This allows you to electronically sign from the comfort of your personal tablet, cell phone, or computer instead of relying on pen and paper or using the technician’s tablet.

It is also standard policy for our technicians to wear new, clean shoe covers whenever they enter a customer’s home both as a measure against creating a mess, and to help further reduce risk when entering someone’s home.

Our technicians are taking every precaution to ensure the health and safety of our customers, and daily meetings are held to keep plumbing technicians up to date on health and wellness policies to ensure we are keeping our customers safe while providing them with the highest quality service.
